You must notify bet365ph immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
bet365ph operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before deposits, withdrawals, or certain account features are made available to you. Accepted identification documents include, but are not limited to, a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your bet365ph account within minutes of confirmation, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. bet365ph reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion terms. bet365ph aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one to three business days, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
All transactions on bet365ph are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). bet365ph is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your bank or payment provider.
bet365ph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. Please check with your payment provider for details.
bet365ph may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms will be communicated at the time each promotion is offered.
Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. Until wagering requirements are satisfied, bonus funds are not available for withdrawal.
bet365ph reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bet365ph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the bet365ph platform without the prior written consent of bet365ph.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bet365ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the bet365ph platform.
bet365ph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bet365ph makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
In no event shall bet365ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bet365ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may request the closure of your bet365ph account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the bet365ph platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
